So guess what I’ve been doing lately? Testing patterns! I love love love testing patterns. It helps me in making my own patterns because I can see how little changes in grading make such a difference. This particular pattern is The Ruffled Cardigan Pattern by Melly Sews.
I love the opportunity to stretch my designing muscles. A pattern is a blank canvas, you can make it anything you want with the right fabric and notions. That’s why Melly Sew’s Blank Slate Patterns are so wonderful!
I love how this cardigan came out, my only regret is that I didn’t make the ruffle reversible. Sigh.
